He was predeceased by: his son Gregory Hanley. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Wayne Hanley (Emmanuelle Lopez) and Gail Hotham (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Jennifer (Wally), Michael, Brett (Lindsay), Craig, Andrea (Val), Jason (Shannon), Scott, Daniel, Taylor (Chris), Mariana, Casandra, Bailee, Jack, Maddy, Noah, Caoimhe, Sophia, Evan, Jace, Bennett, Zoey, Griffin, Adelaide, Landon and Arwen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bill's name to Windsor Essex Hospice.
