He was predeceased by: his brothers, Nicolas and Hank. He is survived by: his wife Jane (van Jaarsveld); his children, Anita Radu (Michael), Connie Beaudoin (Robert), Debbie Wirsing (David), Rick Fase (Karen) and Yvonne Fase (Marcel); his grandchildren, Jennifer Lumley (Dan), Stephanie Radu, Josh Beaudoin (Ashton), David Beaudoin (Kirsten), Melissa Radu (Wesley Sohier), Daniel Sprague (Shaelyn), Devon Sprague, Adam Fase, Kate Fase and Lauren Fase; his great grandchildren, Collins, Quinn, Christian and Eli; and his siblings, John (Ann) and Elisabeth Huver (late Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He and Jane moved to Villages of St. Clair during the pandemic and he will be missed in the Amherstburg neighbourhood he called home.
