He was predeceased by: his parents, Walenty Raczy and Franciszka Raczy; his parents-in-law, Jozefa and Zygmunt Raczy; and his brother Ferdynand (Weronika) of Poland.

He is survived by: his spouse Halina Raczy; his daughters, Magdalena Tulacz (Robert) and Anna Langlois (Scott); his siblings, Tadeusz (Danuta) and Wladyslaw (Kazimiera); and his siblings-in-law, Zofia, Stanislaw Jasinkiewicz, Marta and Lester Wichlacz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
