It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Avaline Marie Wandel of Wingham, Ontario, who passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Wandel; her parents, Tom Ballm and Jean Ballm (Carey); and her sisters, Margaret (Rudi) and Carol Ballm.
She is survived by: her children, Chele and Brian Stack of Wingham; and her grandchildren, Ryan Stack, Madeline Corrie of Clinton and Rory Stack of Wingham. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McBurney Funeral Home (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McBurney Funeral Home Chapel (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0).
