He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Foxton and Myrtle Foxton (Holloway); and his brothers, Ron, Ken, Ted, Bud, Bruce and Doug Foxton.

He is survived by : his wife Marlene; his children, Mary Beth Foxton of Wingham, Mark of Wingham, Lisa Foxton of Wingham, Murray of Wingham and Laura Foxton of Wingham; his grandchildren, Nick, Skylee Chippa, Leah and Maya Foxton; his great grandchild Cooper Chippa; his siblings, Dianne, Don Cameron, Connie Hickey and Jo-Ann Rintoul; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Foxton, Erwin, Shirley Ste, Marie and Thelma Ignor. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and extended family.
