He is survived by: his children, Donna Chettleburgh, Georgina, Charlie Johnston, Jennifer Chettleburgh and Tony Churchill; his grandchildren, Bridget Baker (Casey), Brandon Kellington (Katie), Tyler Johnston (Carolynn), Kyle Johnston (Liz), Ethan Johnston (Jescah), Nick Johnston (Alexis), Ashlyn Isermeyer (Timo) and Genna Churchill; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Blake Baker, Blair, Russell Kellington, Wyatt, Isabelle Johnston, Charlie Johnston, Paisley Aitken and Edmund Isermeyer; his siblings, Ken, Barb Chettleburgh, Mary, Mike Machado, Esther and Warren Thynne; and his stepbrother Eric Peterson.
