He is survived by: his wife Maureen O'Hara of Wingham; his children, Derek O'Hara of Alliston, Kevin and Patricia O'Hara of New Brunswick; his grandchildren, Jesse O'Hara and Tori Bauche; his brother Patrick O'Hara of Alberta; and his nieces and nephews, Timothy, Kimberly, Serena, Sarri, Barbara and Jason.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Paul's Trinity Anglican Church in Wingham or the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. The family has chosen to send donations to ST. PAUL'S-TRINITY CHURCH IN WINGHAMDonate Now (https://donate.mytributegift.org).
