With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Helen Currie (Wingham, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband John Andrew "Jack" Currie; her parents, John Strong and Reta Strong; her daughter Ruth Courtis; her granddaughter Leslie Boyce; and her siblings, Joanne Allan, Bill Strong (Jean), Perry Strong (Louise) and Bob (Marie Strong).
She is survived by: her children, Sandra, Norm Richards, Karen, Richard Peter, Heather, Michael Burke, Robert, Lise Currie and Paul Currie; her children-in-law, Brian and Pat Courtis; her grandchildren, Andrea, James Bradley, Erica, Tim Willick, Sheena Peter, Brian Peers, Ashley Courtis, Clark, Jenna Richards, Alex Courtis, Christina, Alex Voica, Grace, Dr. Adrian Carpenter-Burke, Patrick Burke, Andrew Burke, John Currie and Thomas Currie; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Aaron Bradley, Curtis, Faith Willick, Elena, Aiden Voica, Lyra Carpenter-Burke, Connor Kralka and Isabel Richards; her brother Dr. Alex Strong (Gwen); and her brother-in-law Bob Allan. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
