He is survived by: his wife Cathy McKenzie (Dentinger); his children, Crystal McKenzie and Jeffrey McKenzie; his siblings, Terry Salmon, Eric (Laura McKenzie), Cathy (Allan Fischer), Robert (Kim Watson-McKenzie) and Cheryl Stangen; and his grandpup Miya. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
