With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Matthew Wright (Wingham, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Matthew left this world on June 12, 2025 at the age of 29, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Graham Wright and Gregory Beninger; and his aunt Donna Beninger. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Wright and Christine Wright; his siblings, Kyra Wright, Sheldon McGlynn, Karling Wright, Isaac Yoder, Sierra Wright and Mitch Borth; his significant other Shelby Currie; his children, Brody and Maeve; and his grandmothers, Janice Wright and Eileen Beninger. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and co-workers.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Belmore Community Centre (91122 Belmore Line, Wingham, ON N0G2X0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the North Huron Foodshare or the McIntosh United Church would be appreciated by the family.
