He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen (Howell) of Lucknow; his parents, Dorothy Collins (Robertson) and Russell Collins; his brother Art Collins; and his in-laws, Joan, Peter and Ruth.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Steve), Angela and David (Irene); his siblings, Eileen Martzas (Richard) and Carl Collins (Marlee); and his siblings-in-law, Ann, Jon (Prima), Sandra (Bill), Susan (Stan) and Sandy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
