She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Zumpetta and Teresa Zumpetta; and her husband Peter Rizzo. She is survived by: her children, Anthony (Antonia) and Nancy; her grandsons, Peter and Marcus; her sister Rita Zumpetta (Gerardo Alonzi); and her siblings-in-law, Bernardina Lavalle (Amedeo) and Luigina Rizzo. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (8003 Weston Road, Woodbridge, ON L4L0K6). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clare of Assisi (150 St Francis Ave, Woodbridge, ON L4H2A2). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W5S7).
