He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton and Christena. He is survived by: his wife Ruthie; his children, Christy and Brian; his grandchildren, Danielle (Sal), Justin (Jennifer), Brittany (Jake) and Jordan (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Carson, Zoey, Carlos, Jaxson, Jahvon, James and Luca.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Woodbridge Chapel (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge, ON L4L1S6). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Diabetes Association of Canada as Bruce was type 1 diabetic for 82 years. Additionally, Donations in memory of Bruce can be made to the Salvation Army church, his final place of worship.
