He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wava; his sons, Ken (Sharon) and Darwin (Gwen); his grandchildren, Haleigh Cox (Gabe Lyndon), Owen Cox, Ava Cox and Ben Cox; his siblings, Elroy Cox, Marilyn Robillard (late Jack) and Marion Smith (late Ron); his foster sisters, Betty McFarlane (late Scott) and Ruth Bell (late Scott); his parents, Arthur Cox and Gertrude Cox; and his foster parents, Ken Owens and Mary Owens of Dirleton. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.

In Bill's memory, a donation to the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
