Barbara Winlaw Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Winlaw (Woodstock, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Winlaw; her parents, Delloyd Lightheart and Alice; her brother Russell Lightheart; and her close friend Leona Sweeney.
She is survived by: her children, Lori (Mike), Stephen, Mark (Joanne) and Kevin; and her brother Stan Lightheart. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Glendinning Funeral Home, Smith-LeRoy Chapel (69 Wellington St N, Woodstock, ON N4S6P7).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barb's memory can be made to the Ontario SPCA or the Beachville Royal Canadian Legion Branch 495.
