He was predeceased by: his sons, Terry and Perry (Wendy). He is survived by: his wife Elsie Hiltje Slager; and his children, Charles (Deb), Maribeth (Bert), Beverly (John) and Jason (Phetmany). He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
