He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernie and Kay; his sister Sandra; his wife Bev; his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Alyssa; his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Ken, Linda and Greg; and his pets, Billie and Millie.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the palliative care unit at Woodstock General Hospital, whose angels made his final days more comfortable and filled with compassion.
