He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Parkinson and Helen Rose Parkinson (Pattison); and his brother-in-law Alex Dittenhoffer. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parkinson (Gillies); his sons, Brian (Elisa) of Cambridge and Paul (Christine) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Tanner, Eric, Tristan and Briar; and his sister Frances Dittenhoffer (Doug) of Cambridge.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sakura House, Woodstock or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
