He is survived by: his wife Lynn Metherell (Scott); his children, Edward "Ted" (Mary Ellen) of Leduc, AB, Lori Szypniewski (Joe) of Barrie, Kathryn "Kathy" Metherell (late Richard Jones) of Woodstock and David (Jess) of Woodstock; his grandchildren, Shauna, Ashley, Terra, Kara (Nick), Kristen (Kevin), Garet (Ashley), Jennifer (Chris), Teylyn, Leslie (Adam), David (Chelsey), Danika (Fred), Ben and Ethan; his grandfather Poppy; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Julia, Giselle, Treiton, Kaile, Carter, Brinley, Anja, Axel, Vann, Riley-Jane, Paisley, Margot, Ava, Erica, Gavin and Makennah; and his sister-in-law Donna Lloyd (Scott) of Haliburton. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
