He was predeceased by: his father Walter; and his parents-in-law, Beverly and Gerald Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Lisa, Jeremy Kramer, Shawn and Shayna Damm; his grandchildren, Payton Kramer and Blake Damm; his mother Joyce; and his brother Mark (Gwen).
