With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Sobczyk of Woodstock, Ontario, who passed away on April 9, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his sister-in-law Sophie Parciak; his parents, Anthony Sobczyk and Maria Sobczyk; and his siblings, Regina, Kazimiera, Jozef and Eugeniusz.

He is survived by : his wife Eva Sobcyk; his children, Tony Sobczyk (Kim) and Helen Saunders (Steve); his grandchildren, Riley Sobczyk (Sarah), Taylor Sobczyk (Jared), Madison Sobczyk (Jared), Colin Saunders (Jessica), Brooke Saunders (Brent) and Luke Saunders (Rachel); his sibling Wtadystawa Machalek; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Parciak, John, Cathy Parciak, Marian, Halina Mistrzak, Fritz, Bernadette Geris, Stasia Bradshaw (late Roman), Michael, Bonnie Parciak, Sandy Innes (late Martha) and Celina Fiederowicz (late Rich); and also Jadwiga Sielicki. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
