He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria (Gloria) and Manuel (Ponte); his sister Fernanda Botelho; and his siblings-in-law, Joao, Harold, Brad, Tony, Joe, Hazel and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Custodio; his children, Jason and Stacey; his son-in-law Derek Tune; his grandchildren, Olivia, Ethan, Nolan and MiaBella; his sister Manuela Figueira; and his siblings-in-law, Mike (Angelina), Noah (Mary), Jim (Sharon), Maria Sampson and Margaret. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Parish (1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S7V9). A reception was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S7V9).
