He was predeceased by : his wife Maxine Marie Denby; his daughter Debbie Denby; and his siblings, Doris Patience (late Leonard), Don Denby (late Barb) and Bill Denby (Eleanor).

He is survived by : his children, Cathy Smith (late Terry), Jim Denby (Dianne), Judy Ibbotson (Mike) and Pam Walker (Dave); his grandchildren, Rebecca Denby Eddy (Jason), Sara Howchin (Derek), Christopher Denby, JoLynn Melo (Steve), Cassandra Vandenberg (Rick), Haley Tucker, Lauren Dumitru and Carlina Tucker; his great grandchildren, Julianne, Mila, Leila, Miguel and Sophia; and his siblings, Jean Phelps (late Bill) and Linda Drysdale (Al). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
