He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" (Nee Clay); his sons, Lawrence Jr. (Tammy), Wayne (Jackie) and Adam (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Erik, Cassandra, Kaitlyn, Johnathon (Jessica), Brandon (Tina) and Kieran; his great grandchildren, Leonardo, Tiana and Ellie; and his siblings, Wayne (Noella), Louise Williams and June Ryder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Special Olympics Ontario. Donations are being accepted for: CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER (CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIETE CANADIENNE DU CANCER).
