She was predeceased by: her significant other William Adshade; and her parents, Wanda Hurding and Albert Hurding. She is survived by: her children, Shannon, Belinda and Wanda Burgess; her grandchildren, Britany, Victoria, Terry Adshade, Jessica, Cody, Cameron Botelho and Kristen Burgess; her siblings' children, Robert, Ross, Susan and Kim Adshade; and her siblings, Bill, Albert, Danny, Mary and Suzzie.
