She was predeceased by : her husband Maxwell Smith; her children, Maurice Smith and Joanne Phillips; her siblings, Jack McCreight, Robert McCreight and Lynn Ropp; and her parents, Cecil McCreight and Myrtle McCreight.

She is survived by : her sons, Allan Smith and Bruce Smith (Pam); her children-in-law, Joyce Smith and Dan Phillips; and her grandchildren, Gary, Becky, Tracy, Rob, Sara, Ian, Matthew, Derek, Kyle, Jared, Daniel, Patricia and David. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
