She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Demelo and Maria Demelo; and her siblings, Jose, Gil (Margarida) and Maria (Jose).
She is survived by: her husband Manuel Raposo; her children, Joe Raposo, John Raposo, Frank Raposo, Susie Raposo (Chinua Malcolm) and Kenny Raposo (Nichele Craddock); her grandchildren, Aleisha, Emma and Fyas; and her sisters, Joana (Louis) and Agostinha (late Manuel). She is also survived by many nieces, nephew.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home (69 Wellington St N, Woodstock, ON N4S6P7). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S1H1). A reception was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Parish Life Centre (1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S1H1). A burial was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (584872 Beachville Rd, Woodstock, ON N4S7V6).
