We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2020, at the age of 78, Paul Carter of Woodstock, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paul Carter to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his wife Susan Carter. He is survived by : his children, Crystal and Kelly Carter; his grandchildren, Mira and Chase Carter; and his sister Judy Cameron (late Ross). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
