She was predeceased by : her children, Julie Humphrey and Owen Humphrey; her parents, Aubrey Mabey and Barbara Mabey (Deadman); her grandparents, Betty and Bob Deadman; and her brother David Mabey.

She is survived by : her close friend Gary Cole of Woodstock, Dear; her children, Alf Deadman (Michelle) of London, Gord Wettlaufer (Jen Ertel) of Woodstock, Ken Humphrey of Brantford and Sherri-Lynn Humphrey of Woodstock; her siblings, Christine Pfaff of Sarnia, Katherine Hoffman (James) of Waterloo, Darlene Mabey (Dean Mason) of Stratford, Ernie Mabey of London, Wesley Mabey of Stratford, Corrinne White of Stratford and Todd Mabey of Kitchener; her aunt Margaret Edwards of Woodstock; and her uncle Bob Deadman of Elk Lake. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

A private family burial for Phyllis and Owen will take place in the Anglican Cemetery, Woodstock. (face masks and social distancing will be required).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Breast Cancer Research or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
