He is survived by: his spouse Jacque; his grandchildren, Robbie and Karlie; his sister Marilyn (John); and his friends, Ted, Rose Roi, Ron, Judy Ferrell, Tim and Mary Bergman. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
