He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bailey and Minnie Bailey; his stepdaughter Mary Patterson; and his siblings, Marion Ruthig (Fred), Beatrice Proudlove (William), Caroline Wood (Alvin), Evander Bailey (Edna), Audrey White (Joe), Elwood Bailey, Roderick Bailey (Kay), Norval Bailey (Irene), Raymond Bailey and Kenneth Bailey (Dorothy).
He is survived by: his wife Denise Bailey; his children, Larry Bailey (Lorna), Bonnie Egan (Randy), Lori Hunter (James) and Ronald Bailey (Cindy); and his stepdaughters, Judi Richardson (Dan) and Joni Winters (Frank). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
