He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Barnes and Shirley Barnes; his wife Brenda Barnes; his children, Ryan (Brittany), Jayme (Robert), Brett (Jana) and Derek; and his sister Laura (Oswald).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Charlotte, Noah, Emma, Skylar, Weston and Carter; and his siblings, Florence (Alexander), Sheila (Mark), Marilyn (Danny) and Ken (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests any expressions of sympathy be provided to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Tom's memory.
