It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William John Mitchell in Woodstock, Ontario, who passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry William's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May William's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bernice; his children, Susan (Bryon), Ken (Karen) and Darlene; and his grandchildren, David (Kati), Michelle (Christian), Stacey (Alex), Nick (Sarah), Matt (Amy) and Dylan (Kim). He was also cherished by 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S8Z4).
