He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Austin and Jean Austin of Wooler, Ontario.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Austin; and his aunt Doreen Thompson of Brighton, Ontario.. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephew, great niece, many cousins, and close friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations to The War Amps CHAMP Program or Canadian Guide Dogs would be greatly appreciated by the family.
