He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baal and Shearn Baal (O'Byrne) of Grand Bend. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Baal of Kitchener, Jim and Launna Baal of Mattawan, Michigan.; and his nephews, Davin and Liam Baal.
