He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Smith and Maddy Smith (Ryan); and his sister Barbara Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Cymbaluk (Brian); his grandchildren, Lincoln, Shian and Baron Cymbaluk; his siblings, Larry Smith (Shelley), Diane Wilds (John), Steve Smith (Deanna), Carol Smith (Ted) and Rick Smith (Michelle); and his close friends, Mark Shepley (Susan), Kenny Levasseur (Colleen) and Kendall Ferguson (Carol).
