He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Palmer and Margaret Palmer (Dawson); his grandson Griffin Palmer; and his sister Arlene Milligan (Roger). He is survived by: his children, Bobby (Kym), Cindy Affleck (Denton), Richard (Marie) and Leona Penton (Justin); the parent of his children Gail Palmer; his grandchildren, Spencer, Olivia, Ashtyn, Mitchell and Keirstyn; and his sister Sylvia Baglole (Kenny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
