He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald McNeill and Shirley MacKay; and his stepfather James Leigh MacKay. He is survived by: his son Zachary Perry; and his siblings, Sharon McNeill-Bologa (Robert), Douglas McNeill, Brian McNeill and John Mackay (Stephanie). He is also survived by his cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
