She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond G. Noonan; her parents, Tennis J. Peters and Rose Alma Peters; her daughters, Sheila and June; and her siblings, Edmond Peters (Doris), Frank Peters (Edna) and Bertha Arsenault (Fred).
She is survived by: her children, Janet Keith (Dale Yeo) of Alberton, Carol Dudnick (James Roussey) of Guelph, ON and Rayona Murphy (Dean) of Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Jackie (Noel), Leanne (Mark), Michelle (Mike), Jennifer (Jeff), Terry (Amanda), Rob (Gabriel) and Jay (Carla); her great grandchildren, Nathan, Dawson, Adam, Shaun, Corey, Eric, Kate, Felicia, Taylor and Evan; her great great grandchild Jade; her son-in-law Robert Terweene (Nancy Williams) of Cascumpec; and her sibling's children, Wayne Peters (Joanne), Norman Peters, Jean Richards (Len) and Sandy Horbatuk (Hank).
Due to Covid 19 restrictions the visitation and funeral will be for invited guests only.
As an expression of sympathy, memorials to the PEI Kidney Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated.
