She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Gillis of St. Felix; her daughters, Sylvia and Jody; her siblings, Walter (Mary), Howard (Carmen), Frank (Amy), Chester (Greta), Earl (Monica), Alonzo (Betty), Edna Bernard and Gaudet (Phil); and her siblings-in-law, Albert Gillis (Lottie), Annie Cahill (Lorne), Gertrude McGuire (Joseph) and Mary Gillis.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ready (late Howard), Nancy MacKinnon (Archie), Carol Gillis and Edwin Gillis (Janice); her grandchildren, Nicole Ready Doucette (Leigh), Joel Ready (Kelly), Tammy Stewart (Ricky), Tyson McRae (Kelly), Aaron MacKinnon (Heath), Evan MacKinnon (Anya), Daniel Snow (Jill Norrad), Jaimee Gillis (Chris Moore), Emma Gillis (Scott Dewar), Erica Gillis (Evan Roberts) and Jessica Gillis; and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Sam, Waylon, Jarvis, Patrick, Joshua, Jacob and Lilah.
