It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis William Murphy of Alberton, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Murphy and Marion Murphy (Costain); his grandparents, Ingham and Mae Costain; and his brother Herman.
He is survived by: his former wife Bernice Biggar; his siblings, Bobby O'Neill (Roselyn), Cape Breton, Stella Buote (Larry), Price and Elizabeth O'Connell; his cousin Mike Costain (Doreen); and his parents-in-law, Debbie Phillips (Floyd Wells), Knutsford, Pam Chaisson (Terry), Wellington, Richard Biggar (Debbie Sobey), Mt Carmel and Lana Biggar.
Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, due to Covid 19 restrictions, visiting hours and funeral will be held on Thursday in the Chapel at 2pm for invited guests only.
