He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarvis Powers and Debbie Powers; and his grandparents, Arthur, Marion Ramsay, Bud, Mary Ramsay, Everett and Irene Powers.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Kathleen Ramsay; his children, Kordell Ramsay and Kaila Richard (Bruce); his grandchildren, Breeanna and Leah; his sibling Marion Clements (Brady); his nieces and nephews, Debbie-Jean, Daisy, Dwight and Alex; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Axie, Damon and Jake; his sibling-in-law Tracey Yeo; his nieces, Alyssa and Grace; his nephew Reid; and his parent-in-law Eustace Yeo. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and by his many friends.
