He is survived by: his wife Theresa Irene Arsenault; his daughter Terra Lynn Shea (Darren) of Central Kildare; his siblings, William (Dottie) of Meadowbank, Joyce MacLellan (Leonard) of Indian River, Cecil (Sharon) of Alberton, Carolyn Arsenault (Jerry) of Alberton, Gail Gallant of Charlottetown, Gary (Colleen) of Clyde River, Myles of Charlottetown, Blair (Dianne) of Stratford and Darlene Doyle (Glen); and his sisters-in-law, Mary McNeill (late Vance) of Alberton and Noreen Gavin (late Lester) of Tignish. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
As an expression of sympathy, memorials in Merrill's memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Community Hospital, O'Leary, and would be gratefully appreciated.
