She was predeceased by : her husband Harold Gard; her parents, Harold Horne and Dorothy Horne (MacKendrick); her siblings, Beverley Ramsay, Eleanor Burton (Frank), Robert and Kendrick; and her brother-in-law Lorne Johnson.
She is survived by : her children, Carla Hord (David), Brian Gard (Lori), Dianne Smith (Darren) and Dana Gard (Kristy); her grandchildren, Katherine, Andrew, Charlotte Hord of Cornelius, NC, Sam, Maggie, Sarah, MaryAnne Gard, Jonathan, Matthew, Nathan, Thomas, Benjamin Smith and Keith Gard; her siblings, Margaret Wallace (Layton), Sheila Moore (Arthur), Barbara Johnson, Alan Horne (Phyllis), Donald Horne (Darlene) and Myrna Dennis (Carter); and her siblings-in-law, Sylvia Yeo, Eva Horne, Donald Ramsay, Sylvia Gard and Mary Gard.
Due to current restrictions, private Funeral service on Wednesday at Alberton Baptist Church for invited guests.
