It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olive Verna Ramsay (Alberton, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Olive Verna departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Olive Verna. Though Olive Verna may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Ramsay and Ellen Ramsay; and her siblings, Fred Ramsay (Cora), Evelyn Preist (Bernard), Calvin Ramsay (Vera), Melvin Ramsay and Ruby Gillis (George).

She is survived by: her family Olive Verna Ramsay; and her sister Thelma Shaw (late Lorne) of Alberton. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
