She is survived by: her spouse Terry Gerard Ellsworth; her son Jacob Thomas Getson; her stepchildren, Kelsey Ellsworth (Shannon Lynch) and Cody Ellsworth; her grandchild Ellie Lynch; her sister Sherri Pridham (Philip); her mother-in-law Frances Ellsworth (late Johnny); her siblings-in-law, Kevin Ellsworth (Kim), Audrey Buchanan (Grant) and John Ellsworth; her nieces and nephews, Sean Pridham (Emily Beers), Hayden Pridham, Lisa Hatfield, Christopher Buchanan, Cory Buchanan, Jackie Perry, Megan Ellsworth, Emma Ellsworth, Shania Ellsworth and Truman Ellsworth; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison and Kaylie Pridham.
