He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harper and Marie Harper. He is survived by: his child Braedon Milligan (Brooke-Lynn) of Tignish; his brother James (Sheila) of Kensington; his niece Kathleen Spear (Mark); his nephew Ryan Harper (Brette-Lynn); and his aunt Catherine Gaudette Tignish (late Vernon).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel (419 Main St, Alberton, PE C0B1B0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Simon and St. Jude Church (313 Church St, Tignish, PE C0B2B0).
