He was predeceased by: his parents, Sinclair MacTavish and Thelma MacTavish; and his brother Malcolm. He is survived by: his aunts, Edythe Gillis, Margaret Dixon and Dorothy MacDonald; his uncle Sandy Bosovich; and his niece Courtney Saunders.
