With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Agnes Crane of Cardigan, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on February 3, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Green and Belle Green (Campbell); her husband Arthur Crane; her son Andy Crane; and her siblings, Michael Green, Patsy MacLellan and JoAnn Green.
She is survived by: her son Kevin; her grandchildren, Morgan, Taylor, Jessie and Kimberley; her great grandchildren, Amelia, Thatcher and Marcellus; and her siblings, Linda, Harold (Darlene) and Adele Green.
