He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Carol Sullivan (Conohan); his mother Helena Sullivan (DeYoung); his daughters, Sarah Sullivan (Jim Cook) and Megan Veinot (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Sadie, Charlotte, Maxwell, Caroline and Walter; his siblings, George Sullivan, Karen Bonnar (Glen), Peter Sullivan (Barb), Mary Sullivan-Perry (Roddy) and Kelley Durnford (Scott); his niece Patricia Keenan; and his nephew Jason. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations to the Royal Canadian Legion or All Saints Cemetery Fund would be appreciated by the family.

“My deepest sympathy to Sarah and Megan and the Sullivan family. Mike was a great and loved friend for many years Mike,Carol and my wife Brenda and i met in Germany in the early 70's. We became great friends and as is the military life, never hooked up again until Chilliwack BC,where we picked up as if we had never been apart. Every Friday night was Trivial pursuit and laughs and food and maybe a beer or two and sharing wonderful family times together. Mike, you are loved and will be missed .”
